Test Holes Database
The database contains test holes drilled as part of groundwater resource evaluation activities conducted by the Province, and were entered into the database using standard lithological descriptions. The locations of the test wells were largely digitized from hard copy mapping. Groundwater resource evaluation reports are available at: http://www.novascotia.ca/nse/water/groundwater/groundwaterresources.asp
It is a point feature dataset consisting of 1969 records and is current to May 2020.
